Schools & Education

Our workshops are designed to support the emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience, and personal development of children and young people in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate way. Sessions can be tailored to suit primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, alternative provisions, and larger assemblies.

We understand that every school and group is different. That’s why our workshops are flexible and can be adapted to the needs, challenges, and age range of your students. Topics can support PSHE, wellbeing initiatives, personal development programs, transition periods, anti-bullying strategies, and wider student support objectives.

Our approach focuses on creating open, supportive, and interactive environments where young people feel comfortable learning, reflecting, and participating. Workshops are designed to encourage discussion, build confidence, develop practical life skills, and provide students with strategies they can apply in everyday life, both inside and outside of education.
